If you encounter a problem using the DGMV-ID mobile application or browser extension, please use the Support link. The Support link can be found under “Settings” in the main menu of the mobile app. For the Browser Extension the link (“Contact Helpdesk”) can be found under “Advanced” in the bottom of the screen.
The support link will activate a webform that can be used to send a ticket to the helpdesk. When submitting from the mobile app, the webform will include version information of the app and device OS. When submitted from the browser extension, the webform will include a version of the extension and browser information .
