## The small print

The DGMV token issuer is LCX AG, a Liechtenstein registered company by shares, which holds all relevant registrations required by Liechtenstein law, particularly the Liechtenstein act on Tokens and Trustworthy Technologies.

LCX AG carried out the token offering on behalf of DigiCorp Labs AG, a company registered under the laws of Liechtenstein in the commercial register under registration number FL-0002.667.473-6, with the registered address at Schaanerstrasse 2, 9490 Vaduz.
