# Our governance incentives

### Participation rewards

Taking part in governance will make you eligible for two types of incentives:

#### 01 Reputation tokens, awarded for:

* Creating, supporting, and voting on proposals
* Contributing to creation and improvement of proposals
* Contributing to monitoring the execution of approved proposals

#### 02 xDGMV rewards, based on your level of contributions and including 

* Rewards based on the share of xDGMV tokens locked against the successfully implemented proposals

Governance incentives will be paid out in xDGMV tokens, allocated from the community governance wallet

DigiCorp Labs, along with our committees and community, will create bounties to offer rewards or funding for completing specified tasks.

Individuals or teams interested in getting the bounty will have the chance to propose solutions for reaching the outlined goals.

Their proposals will follow the regular process, starting at the draft stage.
